We would like to invite you to take part in the first ever Dublin Bay Beach Clean Relay on December 14th. Come along dressed in your Christmas jumpers and hats to a beach near you. Our relay will start in Sutton at 9:00 AM and end in Bray at 3:30 PM. If you have any queries please contact us at info@flossieandthebeachcleaners.com.

The idea is that we start at 9am in Sutton and each destination is given a set amount of time to clean what they can. Please see schedule for your location time and point of contact who can advise you with meeting location.

Flossie will kick off the relay from Sutton and then jump on an electric motorbike, driven by her Dad, taking the 'plastic bottle baton' to the next location.

Whilst Flossie speeds off to the next beach, we will be weighing the rubbish and recording the weight for our overall tally at the end of the day. This will continue until we get to Bray for the final clean. There we will do the final weigh in and add all the rubbish weight collections up and announce the grand total of rubbish that was picked up on the day in the bay!

We also have news just in that whilst we are cleaning the bay by hand, we will have the AMAZING 'Dublin City Kayaking' cleaning the bay on the day by kayak!!

In true Flossie and The Beach Cleaner's style we will be giving you the total of how many pairs of "men's pants"and other unusual items we find!!!!

We are very excited to be giving each

participant a 'Flossie and The Beach

Cleaners' Beanie hat to keep you warm

on all your future beach cleans!

We would like to thank Dublin Port Company for sponsoring this event, they do SO much amazing work to help keep our bay clean.
